How can you support?
Your company can direct 20% of the profit tax either quarterly or annually, using two main methods: Form 177 or through a sponsorship contract.
Form 177 is used to redirect a portion of the profit tax to non-profit entities. This form is submitted to ANAF and allows for the redirection of a percentage of the profit tax, up to 20% of the due tax, but not exceeding 0.75% of the turnover.
The sponsorship contract is another way for a company to support non-profit entities. Under a sponsorship contract, the company can provide sponsorships, which can be deducted from the profit tax, up to 20% of the profit tax due and no more than 0.75% of the turnover.
Steps to follow:
- Download the contract and fill it out with your company’s details and the amount you wish to sponsor the Plus Solidara Association.
- Send the contract to our email address: office@asociatiasolidara.ro
- We will print, sign, and send the original contract to the address specified in the contract, in your attention.
Important!
To be included in the calculation of the profit/income tax for that year, the sponsorship contract must be concluded before the end of the calendar year, and the transaction must be completed by December 31, 2024.

Do workers give up on job searching?
- Most people have been unemployed for a long time and no longer believe there are job opportunities suited to their skills or abilities. They doubt they have the education or training needed to secure a good job, so they don’t even try to find employment.
- They have faced various forms of discrimination in the past (mostly related to age or experience), with potential employers telling them they are either too young or too old.
According to official statistics from INS, the number of Romanians who are unemployed and have given up looking for a job (referred to as “discouraged”) has tripled in the first half of 2023.
Together, we contribute to reducing the labor shortage in Romania!
