Through employment mediation, a connection is established between employers and individuals seeking employment, with the goal of forming employment relationships.
With this service, Plus Solidara Association aims to support those seeking a job throughout the entire hiring process, from identifying suitable options to selection, interviewing, and actual employment.
The goal of employment mediation is to contribute to workforce placement, serving as a step towards the economic development of the communities in which we operate.

To Whom Is It Addressed?
- Persons whose only source of income is unemployment benefits;
- Persons with no income.
- Persons with disabilities;
- Persons belonging to a category at risk of marginalization and social exclusion;
- Persons attending a full-time educational program;
- Persons who have been unable to secure a job after repatriation or after release from detention;
- Retirees who wish to continue their professional life;
- Persons who wish to return to work after completing parental leave.
